To add a new FAQ follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Add a new question & answer
3. Assign your FAQ to a category
4. Save and publish.
You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one
3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon
4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in their original condition. Please note that you'll need to cover the return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after we receive the returned item.

To keep your journal or coloring book in great condition, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid bending the cover or pages, and handle with clean hands to prevent smudges or stains.

We process orders within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US and 5-7 business days to the UK. You'll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package's journey.
